RE:just a thought on philidor

RE:just a thought on philidorAs long as they don't lie.  If we left it to the shorts, it's clear you want this hundred billion dollar company to crumble to zero, brainfreewest keeps repeating it over and over again...  If you oould, you'd pull up a truck loaded with bombs to the Valeant HQ to level it flat, right?

And you think that doing financially is OK,  Much cleaner than physically, isn't it?

These guys had Philidor market their products and do the paperwork.  Was the "creativity" legal? we certainly hope so.

Problem is, the stock trades as if they were convicted?!!  Where's the facts and who is in a position to determine wrong doing?  Was it a company wide knowledge or we some directors more involved than others if there was wrong doing  (whih has not been provent).  A short seller team?

And, did they know the pharmacist that started the suit against Philidor for example?  Has anyone asked directed questions at Citron to see exactly what mearures they took to create this massive panic?

The Philidor method of operation might be questionable (OR MIGHT OK).  It represents 6% of the sales but its impact is now at almost 70% of the market cap.!

Citron found a great weakness point for the company with that single court filing.  Citron (and the bashers here) certainly made the most out of it!  The lemon is squeezed guys, who's your next lemon?

If you are a long term investor, remember that hte guys who are the mastermind of this tragic decline will be there to buy your shares (and so might I be!  :-).  The qiucker you are to "dump" the happier they will be.  Likes wolve packs feasting on fresh, scared herds of sheep.
