What I took from it is that they're looking to produce approx 24000 tonnes/year, capex and opex will be low and that they have a deal with tesla, 
but that's just my attempt at reading between the lines. 
I like how don mentioned they will issue a release prior to nov 27 highlighting some PEA details.
