We had multiple suitors who made two bids each - the original and revised.
There is no shortage of interest.
Our BOD is comprised of the exact people that drove the company into the ground and are now negotiating on our behalf.
ITAFOS is not an asset it was and is a huge liability. If we didn't build it we would be worth significantly more. Ironicaly nobody wants the plant they want the reserves.
Allana Potash had only two bids - one serious and one not serious and they were able to exact signficant value.
MBAC is run by a bunch of clowns - I'm not sure even DB can save them.
The market has made it known it wants a FULL buyout not a JV partner with massive dilution.
MBAC destroying shareholder value one NR at a time.
