RE:Market response to PPThe Market can  only react to the information it's given.  The PP solves the current needs of Simba for some immediate cash and strengthens the BOD's.  The NR does not give details of the  2D and and when it will start along, with other updates that are lagging at this time, all of which are drivers of the sp IMHO.
