Being rewared for a horrible job

Being rewared for a horrible jobCannot believe that LTS issued around 6 million shares to employees for $.05 per share. Even if it is part of the pay package. Considering the destruction of shareholders values & poor performance of the management they should not have issued these shares. They do not pay dividend & have chnaged the dividend model the share price has collasped but they continue to reward the employees for poor performace.

Management has no respect for sharholders.

Some companies have laid off workers & cut employee salaries how come they cannot stop issuance of shares for doing a horrible job. Low oil prices are a factor but $30 stock has hit close to $.30

This issuance of share is an affront to the shareholders.  This management continues to insult its shareholders.
