RE:RE:Second close of debt fund is beyond my expectationsThe stock would probably have to be up over 100% before I would consider an equity issue as even remotely reasonable based on valuation.

Where would you be willing to issue equity? 

I don't mind that the stock is not that liquid. I always seem to be able to buy it pretty easy and even trade around it on occasion (although I keep my core position).

I have to think the equity offerings referred to in the press release are related to the infrastructure group perhaps doing an closed end fund offering or something like that. Management seems to appreciate how undervalued the stock is.
