2D to start before year end, 3D may not be necessary and if not drilling buy June of 2016.  Throw in finalization of PSC in Chad, Liberia, and the other 40% of Guinea and with each news release improvement in the SP.  With a bit of luck ( no set backs ) sp easily 15 cents by mid January and with that millions for Simba in exercised warrants, no need for a PP for quite some time.
