RE:Alternatives to Equity Financing for PEA completion?
RE:Alternatives to Equity Financing for PEA completion?
As an existing shareholder I am just holding my pennies. Eventually PGD will either have to finance again, which given their history, will be FIRST offered to us then to a backing group. Or they will Joint Venture the project. So I just pile them up and either they will need it and I will follow Robert Friedland or they will JV and the stock will rise and I can cash out. This company has always given their own shareholders first crack at the finances. The last time I fully financed but instead of relying on warrants I had the money on hand to cover all warrants and took advantage of the dip at 0.13, that is the same advice I give anyone considering the next financing. If there is one.
