RE:Alternatives to Equity Financing for PEA completion?
RE:Alternatives to Equity Financing for PEA completion? As per your last point.
I absolutely count the diamond parcel's that they own as a hidden liquid asset.
They will never sell those diamonds...but it is an asset in my books.
They have $250K in diamonds. This bulk sample comes up with another 500 to 1200 carats...maybe even a couple of big diamonds. That 8.87 carat diamond is $40k or something like that. What if they come up with a special that is worth $100K . It would be nice.
I don't think it is standard practice to sell off exploration parcels...especially at this stage.
Eventually (sigh), you hopefully get enough value add news that the market finally takes notice and investment from outside sources is a given not a begging want.
I believe they have enough cash to get through this valuation and the PEA.
Not enough for a summer field program.
Scenario 1? :)
PGD's calls for a halt due to pending material news.
Release news.
Stock gaps up to 50 cents.
Market digests the news.. Stock moves up to 70 to 80 cents.
Big funds want in.....placement at $1 for 10 million shares to get the next year in check
start fishing for a serious partner.
Scenario 2?:)
PGD calls for a halt due to pending material news.
Release news on grades, etc.
Release news on partnership and PGD doesn't have to spend any $$'s on Chidlak for the next few years. Partner does and will also pitch in for PGD's capital and PGD will pay back capital with mine cash flow.
stock trades.
Stock goes up to what?? Who knows. PGD only has to finance for a couple million to fund Botswana. Considers spinning out PGE as a sister company with some $$'s to fund it and Brooke taking the CEO lead on it.
Dreaming or what?
Let's not jump the gun.
I've already call for a halt of the stock in November. ..news TBD
Let's see if I'm right.
LONG...PGD
