If annointing me with a new name makes you happy so be it. Emphatically I do not believe that data is accurate as of yesterday...in fact I would assert that this site's is not even close to being current. One can surmise that the shares might be under some form of accumulation but for every buyer someone is willing to sell. The shares are range bound and not moving. Until WTI gets to at least $55 this issue is a waste and even at that price real investors will probably shun this story as the jury is still out on managements ability to arrest the ongoing steep production losses. Drilling at Provost is probably only maintaining production flat and their plan offers no initiatives to grow this concern. Dead money still rules this outfit. Therefore any institution buying the shares had better do a better job of due diligence with this bunch.
