Ajit was announced as Ex Vice Chair on July 7th 2014

the SP was 1.99 at that time...I would say that he has been well worth the money, good thing his 2 million options were set at 1.75 but I fully expect those shares to be 're worked' at a much lower strike price...dont even get me going on his salary.
