Prospects for NWC?

Prospects for NWC?I've been keeping an eye on NWC for a while but not bought in, waiting for a good solid low.  So today's 4-5% drop has caught my attention.

I don't see any obvious reason for it, just a guess... people see Nutrition North going away and NWC losing some easy money along with it?  Even if that actually has nothing to do with today's drop, it still strikes me as a solid enough risk to hold off buying.

What do you think?
