RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:CEO is buying again. Stay tunedConverts are an interesting product. Half way between equity and debt.
There is lots of demand from institutional guys for converts, and very few new issuances.
It is interesting to note that for institutional investors, anything below a $50M offering is considered small, and inst. investors rarely participate in a deal below this threshold.

Now, VID is nowhere near the size it would take for the large players to want to play.
Can they do another convert deal? Possibly. my concern that in the current mkt environment, conversion prices are typically at 35% premium to current mkt price. With VID at .08, it would mean alot of paper at $0.11 should the converts be in-the-money. Is it worth it?
