RE:Are arbitagers heading for the exit?Hard to tell what the share price of CUS should be since it is now linked to the SPB price until the vote takes place.

I have to say I find it very unusual for an all stock deal to be proposed when the share price of the acquiring company is trading at near three lows.  Vote NO!
