  Odd that ClubNutz19 can't seem to remember the name of that fraud which we both were shareholders in! The fraud was Poseidon Concepts and alot of shareholders got burned!
The funny thing is that the real issues were false revenue recognition and improper accounting methods, some of the very things that Valeant is currently being accused of!
I still think that the SEC should have placed a CTO on Valeant stock until the ad hoc committee completed it's own investigation!

    You seem to be spending a lot of time on a company that you consider fraudulent...I guess because you were as successful as your imaginary hockey goalie career for TO and get your rocks off by belittling those that have it head and tails over you.
