RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Turing CEO: Probe makes 'mountain out of molehill'Healthstock1234 - Not sure what you are meaning, as I already stated that most Canadian healthcare companies are doing majority of the business in the USA and derive their income from there. Accounting and corporate rules have little to do with it.  Concordia is registered in Barbados, still until the AMCo purchase, it generated most of its business in the USA. So my point is that they are unfortunate victims of the US bourse listing , US laws, US politics and will continue to be if they want to do business in the United States ....Concordia included.

Stockcoach1 wrote: I think, US or Canadian company has little to do with it. Look at Nobilis Health, Concordia, CRH Medical, Valeant, PHM, and others, all Canadian companies, all affected by the sector attack. The markets are so intertwined, that you can no longer make the distinction between US or Canadian corporation. They all do the majority of their business in the States, and most if not all are dual listed.

healthstock1234 wrote: All happened on US territory, but Canada stock market is very affected because Valeant is a US company based on Laval-Quebec.
It is not correct for Canada because this root issue is in US. I am confident about Canadian reaction.
