Farim is a phosphate mine project located in Farim, Guinea-Bissau. Santana is a vertically integrated high-grade phosphate mine and fertilizer plant project located in Para, Brazil. Araxa is a vertically integrated rare earth element and niobium mine and extraction plant project located in Minas Gerais, Brazil.

I am a bit on the highside because I like worse case scenarios. You should also take into consideration the cost settle the labour disputes and utility costs including fuel to run the equipment. Thats also why I gave the range 20 -30 cents. The only way to know the costs is actually go down there and see what kind of shape the place is in.
