Wright on SGL board

Wright on SGL boardSpyglass needs 35 million in cash by Nov. 30 or they breach their credit facility. They also have to come up with another 25 million by Jan. 31. Their total debt is 184 million and produce 9000 boep/d. Why hasn't Wright jumped on this since he has been on the SGL board.
