What price the COS want??

What price the COS want??If we knew this price then we would know if SU uos their offer or walks. If its 11-12, I can see SU sweetening their offer but if its higher than 12 or even 15, I'm not sure SU will up their offer that much?? Does anyone know if there a tax advantage for completing the deal in 2015, if that's what SU offer is designed to do?? Just curious why SU can't sweeten to a higher ratio and extend the date to comply with new poison pill date, and still go hostile if BOD still don't like new deal?? If SU is going to court to fight new PP, then they must go pretty soon?? Does anyone have date estimates?? TIA
