Insider buying is always good to seeI agree insider buying at lows is important.  It's a GREAT catalyst!   Always is at the lows with significant buying ($10K+)

And, please don't be upset if the SP dips, it always seems to do that when I show up!!!  I seem to have silent short clowns following me around.  They should just inbox me... :-)  LOL
