dividend model

dividend modelthis is what CXR should focus on and push down into their next guidance. if they are making $8 a share they should set a plan out of how they could raise the dividend over the next 3 years as debt reduction rolls out.

this would shift the landscape of these cash flow cows and return more of it to shareholders and less to the investment bankers on M & A deals.

They are paying about $6 a share in interest payments right now so that could go a long way. as i mentioned last night, they should easily be able to handle a $4 a share dividend by then and still allocate a healthy flow to growth.

5% yield and 10% growth is a pretty nice picture imo.
