RE:serious questionsThe share price does not matter to management and the board because they are entitled to 10% of the share capitalization via options so they never suffer dilution. It therefore doesn't matter what price funds are raised at to continue paying the travel expense, G & A including very generous salaries, just as long as buyers are willing to step up and think they see value. If the next financing is largely flow through, I would consider it tantamount to a death spiral financing resulting in ever lower share price.
