RE:Really?

RE:Really?
RE: I do find it appalling Sprott's ongoing solicitation for Central Gold Trust shareholders, at who's expense? Sprott shareholders and unfortunately Central Trust shareholders have to pay for this in the end. Between the expense of lawyers, board director expenses, media and expert testimonials nobody is benefitting anymore. This has to be well into the millions of dollars for both funds.

MY REPLY

Only the Unitholders of GTU.UN and SBT.UN are paying the ongoing solicitation costs.

Sprott Assets Management are paying the costs on their end and not passing these costs onto their unitholders.

With GTU.UN and SBT.UN this is not the case. Spicer and the Trustees are charging the costs to their unitholders.

RE: Now Sprott is offering $0.10 per share. Where does this money come from now and in the future? It comes from the shareholders

MY REPLY

IMO, the Sprott offer of  $0.10 per share is paid by SAM (not the unitholders) and it is a one time event.
