Note that I said other mutual fund/institutions may probably 13 to 16 C$ and individual shareholders may vary from 11 to 15 C$....Both these statements have "may probably" there... As for how many are mutual fund/institutions versus individual shareholders, I got the metrics from Morningstar which listed the mutual fund, institution and major shareholders and I just patiently added up all those entries to get a rough % My email to shambano1 is purely to illustrate a point... It is NOT about how much $ COS Mgt or BOD wants... It is about what will make 2/3 of the shareholders be willing to tender their shares.... Each person will have their own bottom line SP in his head, so it is really the average price to secure 2/3 of the votes... One can be very theoretical and compute all the value of all the assets valued at various oil price, but the net is how much price will make 2/3 shareholders be willing to tender their shares...
