RE:More theories

RE:More theories
1) there has been no evidence of institutional investor interest I have found with perhaps the exception of Elysee (which is hardly institutional). 2) BFS - the B is a misnomer. It infers that banks will finance if its positive. it is a FS. If the company had a working capital deficit of $7MM in June and needed $8mm or so to get a FS done we are a ways away it would seem. Its not 10, its 15 I think. Unless SRK is willing to work for free on the hopes they get paid in the end. That would be both shocking and scandalous. I would like to see a picture of a FS level pilot plant. Like CleanTeq has. 3) Off take - how can a credible Sc off take for ten times the current market happen? Off takes are without hard pricing are fluff IMO anyhow. 4) no opinion - if its robust water can be handled - but a reasonable concern. 5) yes, hi capex and optimistic commod prices (look at largo for an example when too optimistic commod prices are used. 6) yup. 7) more fluff 8) MD and A - what can I add? 9) no idea 10) maybe, back to #6 And then you need $300MM in equity....
