i tend to agree with the OP.  I mean who borrows money to give to charities?  Obviously the statement was drafted by clever lawyers - maybe of the $100M he gave 10k to charities.  Regardless, why does a guy of his means have to borrow money period?  So many of these uber-rich guys are greedy - rather than be satisfied living in a $10M home that they can pay cash for, they spend $100M and and take out a $90M mortgage.  Quite sickening....
