RE:RE:Lots of frustration on this board? About the stock itself..

Note: This is a long post.  If anyone reads this PLEASE don't complain, you've been warned!  :-)

Peter, you seem to be bullish on this stock?  Or is it just because you have such a large position.  I'm guessing it's both.

You've been hit as collateral damage but the health short attacks and you have no patience. I share your pain.  Not on this stock because I don't have a position yet, still doing DD but on many other stock (much better at avoiding duds but with manipulation at an all time high, it's a stormy sea...)

When my great performing driller lost half of its value, over and over and over and over .... again  I decided NO MORE LONG TERM.

My moto now, November 2015: "Markets are manipulated, you either adapt and evolve or die." and "If you can't surf volatility, park your money outside the markets"

I'm not concerned about your past but it does explain why you are ready to rip people's head off. I  understand.  You are a real human, not a machine or fake.  I get that and it's sad to see you in that state.  Take a break -  You need to reprogram your state of mind. Look up, there's more to life than Merus.  Not sure which area you live in but do something real, get off the boards if you have to (for a few hours, days or weeks).  Which reminds me, I'll be away for a few weeks coming up.... I'll enjoy the break!

Now, the good news:

1. Tere are no shameless bashers here!  How is that possible?  :-)  On stockhouse, a board with no bashers?   It's like walking into a spa!  nice!
2. As I mentioned, the charts at this point look good !   I'm not a pro but I have years of experience and chart reading is something I do. Both at the macro and micro levels.  This is from a macro level.

Questions for you, peter75, long time holder (unlike all the other short term guys here!!!?  :)

1. What made you buy so many shares?  Do you have a special connection with the company?  The people?  The products? Sector etc? And when did you buy (all at once, or averaged down? and when?)

2. I can probbably look up the bio of the CEO, but what makes you like him so much, in you own words. You're not married to him are you?  :-)   Seriously, when did he become CEO?  Problem with any CEO of a cratered stock is that from a shareholder's perspective, they aren't sure if he has the helm of the ship.  Now, we know the healthcare stocks have have a rocky seas, the storms are artificial in most cases and sharks are EVERYWHERE!

3. The finanial summary is a disaster from a neutral new potential iinvestor perspective. Again, from your perspective, what exactly makes you positive on the financials?

Please don't rip my head off here, I just pulled up
https://www.theglobeandmail.com/globe-investor/markets/stocks/summary/?q=MSL-T
On the surface:
A. "Net income declined by 430.19%, year over year, to a loss of $0.02 per share during the most recently completed quarter" Declined by 400%, ok, why, is this a trend or a one time thing? Sorry, I do like to joke around when things don't make sense :-)  But it's a serious question.  Why such a bit netincome decline, in your own words as if you were talking to a friend.

B. "Merus Labs International Inc has a net profit margin of -10.83%. Besides being negative, it is also below the industry average and implies that this company is not effective at turning revenues into bottom line profit. "  I'm not making this up, this is copy and paste.

C. Analysts.... Now the "analysts" have it as a "strong buy" so that means they want clients to buy.  I don't. I've yet to meet a single "broker" I like in any industry.  It's just a fancy name for "salesman". So that's a BIG negative for me. :-)   The real "stock analysts" gain my respect when I see detailed reports with deep financial and market analysis. Based on facts and numbers not fantacies.  TA is getting easier and easier for me. I'm an "analyst", "researcher" etc etc Big difference is I do it as a 100% stakeholder in any position I take and I HATE losing money.  Drives me bananas.  My posting history proves it!  I'm surfing fast and hard these days.   I bet you that most brokers recommend different stocks than they hold themselves just because their risk levels are different and they focus more on their stocks than client stocks.

As an individual retail investor, I no longer  trust the markets.  It's like a stormy ocean filled with rocks, corals, sharks  and a bunch of very nasty stuff and garbage that all over the place.

And yes, I agree that the sharks are preying on this company like many, many other health stocks.  The attack is vicious, shameless and relentless.  Fortunately, the media and the general investing public is clueing in.  That's why I'm here! :-)

If you own 40K shares (and I don't trust ANYONE on these boards), I'm sure every dollar in SP appreciation will make you smile.  So don't sell now. If I had to bet, I would say it's the bottom and Merus will be taken out.   Gibbon says 1.50-1.60 entry? He's a pro, I'm not.

Just be aware, that as of today, the attack on health stock is still underway.  Every investors needs to understand the impacct of illegal stock manipulation done via naked shorting, HFT and dark exchanges.  Retail investors are ALL Impacted and the regulators have been sleeping at the wheel.  I'm not the only guy unhappy about this, I now that my off board buddies all call their banks when they place trades that get executed on these dark exchanges.  Highly visible on non liquic stocks.

Time to wake up the regulators people!

Thanks Peter, Always love to meet the big bull on stocks. Hope you're real.  if you're not, the Research Team will contact me I'm sure!  :-)
