Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Groysman has addressed the heads of the parliamentary factions and people's deputies of Ukraine to ensure attendance at the plenary meeting of the Ukrainian Parliament on November 10 and ensure presence of parliamentarians at the meetings of Verkhovna Rada Committees or meetings of workgroups to elaborate common position on the necessary adoption of the draft laws required for the introduction of the visa-free regime, decrease of gas rents, and prolongation of the farmland sales moratorium. "Yesterday, in order to avoid any failure, we suspended the consideration of all important issues for Tuesday," he said. "I decided to do so as I saw absolute failure to pass those draft laws," he said calling on the colleagues not to waste Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday and work on the said draft laws. Groysman also said that "there are precise and clear directives of the European Union" and that "these draft laws have stayed in the walls of the Ukrainian Parliament for already four weeks." "The issue of the rents, the issue of the moratorium prolongation are also of our duty," Groysman said.
