The fund seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of global equities in the materials sector. The fund seeks to track the investment results of the S&P Global 1200 Materials Index (the Underlying Index), which measures the performance of companies that S&P Dow Jones Indices LLC (SPDJI), a subsidiary of S&P Global, Inc., deems to be part of the materials sector of the economy and that SPDJI believes are important to global markets. It is a subset of the S&P Global 1200.

Even with the expected resource and low cost mining deposit, as you say, the prevailing and near to mid-term state of the gold market has not been favourable to " rich" offers involving juniors re most prior 2015 acquisitions or mergers. Also, IAM is in a strong interest position to control the process and outcome. In the event of a move on MXI, a value in the low to mid 30c range looks more likely. In this arrangement with IAM, it is questionable how hard a bargainer MXI could be.
