The Company's Project is located approximately 75 kilometers (kms) southeast of Lincoln, Nebraska and 110 kms south of Omaha, Nebraska. The Property consists of 226-acre parcel of land owned along with eight option to purchase agreements (OTP) covering approximately 565 hectares (ha). The Company's Elk Creek Property is a niobium, scandium, and titanium exploration project. The Project includes the Elk Creek carbonatite (the carbonatite) that intruded older precambrian granitic and low to medium grade metamorphic basement rocks.

You missed that they had a working capital deficit of about $7MM USD at that time. You can add that into the money needed and subtract the funds raised since - which are a fair bit. $1.8MM on wt's and some debt as reported so far. But not enough. A blockbuster raise of cash is needed at this point. IMHO. I would like to know who is owed the loot - SRK? Drillers? Mark Smith seems to be not drawing salary and putting his income into debt owed. SRK can not be put into a position where their opinion on a FS is impacted by the amount of cash is owed to them. I have high enough regard of that consultant that I don't believe they would allow it.
