RE:RE:I'm confusedWhatever you say.. I'm looking forward to earnings but I'm not sure if the street is going to use 97 million shares as they rightfully should, or, if they will capitalize on the fact that technically there will only be 70 million used and just pump those numbers to the next round TV stock buyers. Is that wrong? I don't know.

And, also, I just wanted to know if analysts built in any risk this quarter about how or if revenues/profitability could have been impacted by the lawsuits. Looking into the future on this is another matter on it's own. Big risk/reward!
