What am I missing???

What am I missing???Lre is trading at .33 and is placement is a t .80 and warrants for 12 months at 1.10 !! Is this not a great buy at .33 I can only think that these companies want control but wouldn`t be able to get these kind of shares for .33. Comments. Rico
