RE:Re: 2012 Sale of Leduc Property - Bihn Vu Joke !!Probably just one of their buddies ,and there is never any rush with these guys.They will get the principal and the interest ,or the buyer has the property on the market for a flip.Bad timing.At some point  they will get this to court but for now they will just keep living of the avails of the Alberta Govt repay for Ft Mac.Must be nice.
