Not going anywhere Champ.  I'm a believer!    On line and social gaming is where it is at these days.  Patience will pay off for all.  This is a good deal.  Debt financing is always better than dilution.  Although this is an expensive financing, with the guarantees pretty much giving away everything including the kitchen sink, revenue should cover all of it.  That is how a company grows.  I'm convinced.
