Most of the price fluctuation seems to be coming from institional investors. the half cent trades are dropping this price is seems. Like i said because, government bailouts are not good for pay as a service brokers. Usually all handouts are quiet and dont get alot of media.

Unfortunatly with the dual class, it has the rapt attention of almost every prior shareholder and current of bbd.
