Historically the BAY has been a slow plodding stock. It has this long 4 - 5 year up and down cycle. I am not aware of the BAY ever trading higher than $40 in its history. BUT it is currently in a range that it rarely drops below - $15. I agree that it is not a dynamic management team and that there lethargic moves in X selling will not spark an interest. It is however suffering along with a lot of consumer retailing stocks due to the successive % rate hikes over the past 2 years. I also agree that others will prevail over the Bay if they are smart marketers - and WM is exactly that. Another retailing giant that fell asleep is now gone - Eatons. Wake up BAY
