RE:New Private Placement! Stop watering down my drink!
BeenHereBefore wrote: 3.75 Million "Special" Warrants - They're "special" in the sense that they have a superpower which enables them to destroy the value of the stock owned by current shareholders.

They're also "special" in the "double whammy" sense because when exercised the holder gets a share of stock for 8 cents AND a good ol' regular warrant to purchase another one for 14.5 cents... when/if the SP gets back there after the New Year...

What's that bring the outstanding shares to if all "Special" and regular warrants are exercised? With a current OS of right about 72.5 Million, another 7.5 Million pushes it to 80 Million. I'm sure there are also existing warrants lingering and waiting to be exercised that will further balloon it as well.

Man, way to drag early investors who believed in your product through the muck. No wonder these Venture companies are so despised.

what are you talking about? 80m shares is pretty tightly held! i would say even on eof the attractive things about VID
