it borders conflict of interest don't you think? If I was in his shoes I would put pressure on the ask so I could buy more and more. And when the company has bled enough I would offer to help, if you know what I mean! And worst case scenario, because I own more money than the company, I would probably take the company privately. Is that another way that many TSXV companies end up?
