Is this true? I mean the part about the FDA.

"Theralase is awaiting Health Canada and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approval of its TLC-3000 anti-cancer technology to commence enrolling patients in late 4Q2015 in either Canada, the United States of America or both to determine the safety, tolerability and efficacy of this technology in the destruction of Non-Muscle Invasive Bladder Cancer."

I'd be shocked if Rog said something that wasn't true!
