The fund seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of global equities in the materials sector. The fund seeks to track the investment results of the S&P Global 1200 Materials Index (the Underlying Index), which measures the performance of companies that S&P Dow Jones Indices LLC (SPDJI), a subsidiary of S&P Global, Inc., deems to be part of the materials sector of the economy and that SPDJI believes are important to global markets. It is a subset of the S&P Global 1200.

There is still some debt outstanding for 2015 but drilling isn't done for the year and it is a much smaller number than what was settled today.  Hopefully the world will look different than it does now when it comes time to settle that in cash or shares.

Another positive twist is that when IMG does a buyout (and it's only a matter time....late 2016 at the latest).  Whatever the valuation, IMG will only have to pay out 75% of it in cash/shares/combo because of their new owership level so it won't be as heavy a commitment as it would appear.
