v.BUD was apparently, according to Parry, getting into the medical marijuana industry so I'm not bringing a different industry in the mix.  Just saying what he's preaching here was similar to what he was saying about v.BUD, not saying the result is necessarily going to be the same.  Everyone is allowed to have bad picks.
