Business case from the board would entail something like this.

We would like some money. Our c - series is only lacking orders because of lack of government support. We would like government support because we still want to be the family. We are important to 40000 people. Since charts dont lie since close to April 1, 2011 he he our all time high. We have lost 500% shareholder value.

Invest in the family, or we will move our jobs elsewhere.
