Hi Al, I suspect what benefits this also hinders this stock,ie. volumes,and share counts,market cap. But in saying that if the earnings are up,it won't take alot of volume to move this to a new level, well above today's trading range...then one just tucks this away and collects a growing dividend. Volumes have been stronger ever since Digregorio made this his top-pick on BNN a couple weeks ago.
