RE:Financing?

RE:Financing? On a very quick look, DUG looks, not great. 255 mil. shares out and EPS of MINUS .40
Most companies on the VSE are in need of cash, especially in this very long, almost 5 years, down trending market. Valdor is prepared to wait until higher share prices make sense to finance, as their burn rate is quite modest.
Management is in Toronto this week, meeting shareholders, business partners and presenting to prospective supporters. I also believe prototypes for the $10 mil. tender are being presented to the telecom company in the next few days. This means the recipient of the tender is still undecided. Thesse same cabinets are going to be shown to companies in Mexico and telecoms across Canada.
Management is then headed to Mexico for continued negotiations on new contracts, mentioned in the interview.
  Have a great week, Sparky
