RE:Hands Tied for Any Other Offer - Ruling Required

RE:Hands Tied for Any Other Offer - Ruling RequiredMy understanding is COS BOD has the discretion to revoke "poison pill" if suitor is a permitted bid... However, the permitted bid has been changed to 120 days by the new shareholder rights plan... So any interested cos who are willing to go with 120 days and am in friendly bid negotiation, COS BOD can revoke it from poison pill... The problem is SU who is not willing to go for 120 days (ie becomes a non-permitted bid with new shareholder rights plan) and is in hostile takeover.... What I am saying is if there are really "friendly" bidder with 120 days expiry, the poison pill can be revoked
