Carson stadium proposal

Carson stadium proposalhttps://www.latimes.com/sports/nfl/la-sp-sn-nfl-carson-bob-iger-disney-20151111-story.html This would now appear to be the frontrunner as a site for the new football stadium. It is less than 10 miles from our site. No chance a structure like this would spec anything but the best material. I understand any frustration that they are not at 6 tons/$6 margin now, but consider the tower in SF. That is a Boston Properties/Hines world class trophy building. Do the math on what the foundation cost - $.50/per foot, on a building approaching $1000/foot. It is in a seismic zone; what if they HAD to pay $1 -- would it have ruined the economics. They are effectively in the process of branding this material. Pricing has been elastic while grabbing share, but the utility of this stuff is changing that that, even if scarcity is not yet acute. If they are smart, they are going around the ready-mix people in their marketing efforts in LA. Give me "Orca-Brand" in my bridge, tower, stadium, etc.
