a few thoughts

a few thoughts
1.  Apparently at this point only FD & DK have been advised of the cease and desist.  Odd as it applies to all DFS.  Points to gov incompentence in all this.

2.  Yes it is politically motivated, so would decisions in our favor so why is the point in bringing up that point from some people.?

3.  Comcast & NFL could not stop this action yesterday, battle lost but not the war yet.  Still a bit concerning.  Is DFS dead, no but could be in a coma for a bit.

4.  NY accounts for 6% of the population of US, yet accounts for 10% of FD & DK revenue.  If you can't see the significance of what was just said there you have no reason to post your analysis pro or con on any stock or business.

5.  The article pointed out by Priceisright is from about a week ago, so before this NY decision.  Interesting to see what the leagues say if this decision sticks.
