PTA still halted.

PTA still halted.I would now be shocked if this had anything to do with the tranche financing. I have to believe it's bigger than that, and most likely PTA is being acquired.  If not, why would it take so long to issue a press release on a done deal? IMO, there is a good chance  PTA is being acquired and negotiations are taking place with at least one suitor. IMO, with oil no longer trading in triple digits, it's in our best interests for PTA to be acquired. We move on with cash, or receive stock in another company. When will we find out what's happening.....after the bell, or tomorrow? This is getting very interesting. GL to all of us.
