Fantasy Aces Daily Fantasy Sports Corp. Comments on Trading Activity

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Nov. 12, 2015) - Fantasy Aces Daily Fantasy Sports Corp. (the "Corporation" or "FantasyAces") (TSX VENTURE:FAS) wishes to address the recent share trading activity and the numerous inquiries requesting the reason for the activity.
The Corporation has no material facts to report. The Corporation is aware, as reported in the news media, that New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman has issued cease and desist orders to DraftKings and FanDuel. Both Fanduel and DraftKings are working diligently with their legal team to rebut Mr. Schneiderman's stance as they feel daily fantasy sports is not gambling and is a game of skill.
"We are aware that both DraftKings and Fanduel are vigorously challenging the cease and desist" said Tom Frisina, CEO of Fantasy Aces. "One thing that is extremely important to note is that Mr. Schneidermann's statement has absolutely zero effect on Fantasy Aces' business at this time. We continue to serve players in the State of New York and will do so until further notice. This was nothing more than a political move that we believe will soon be overturned by the courts."
