And the market doesn't "buy" the non-cash BS delay.  It's 100% accounting, that's 100% related to cash!  

EVERYTIME i get into my comfort zone as an investor, I always regret it.  My trades in the past two months have done a lot better than my investments.  I should have traded this junk instead of trusting it too much ! ;-) 

Anyway, my plans for NHC is to buy here near or at bottom and sell when it spikes.  That's the problem with clown shows, every so often, they turn bad.  Maybe management will send shareholders hot air balloons?  Wait, they provided those this morning.
